Miss Natalia
RECE Program Supervisor
Miss Natalia leads our team of qualified Registered Early Childhood Educators and Educational Assistants in our Beamsville Childcare Center, as Program Supervisor, by providing staff and children leadership and oversight support in our day to day operation and How Does Learning Happen? Ontario’s Pedagogy for the Early Years. A professional learning resource guide about learning through relationships for those working with young children and families. It is intended to support pedagogy and curriculum/program development for early years programs by supporting children’s learning, development, health, and well-being for centres licensed by the Ministry of Education.
Miss Natalia is a Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) and has a deep passion for the children in her care, especially the young early learning children. Natalia is a very patient individual and is able to collaborate successfully with children, parents and staff. Natalia is committed to encouraging children towards empathy and to achieve their goals by teaching them to share explore and attend to one another’s feelings.
Miss Natalia has been with the Chestnut Tree Preschool since early 2023. She brings considerable expertise to our programs. Prior to joining The Chestnut Tree Preschool, Miss Natalia was involved in various childcare service positions and working in different preschool settings, working with children 15 months to 12 years old. As an Early Childhood Educator with 9 years of experience, Miss Natalia has had the privilege of nurturing and guiding children through their formative years, laying the foundation for their academic, social, and emotional development in her early childcare industry experience, In addition to her hands-on experience, Natalia is committed to ongoing professional development, staying current with early childhood education trends, theories, and best practices. She has also demonstrated leadership in mentoring newer educators and participating in team projects to improve the curriculum and overall classroom environments.
Miss Natalia is a graduate Fanshawe College, she holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Graduated in 2020. She is also holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Child and Youth Studies from Brock University graduating in 2018. She is an active member of and in good standing with the Professional Association of Registered College of Early Childhood Educators of Ontario.
Natalia is a caring individual, that cultivates caring and responsive relationships with the families she serves at The Chestnut Tree Preschool. Curriculum, pedagogical approaches and wellbeing in the learning environments are extremely important to her and our classrooms reflect this. Her approach to education is centred around creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging space where every child feels valued and respected. Natalia believes in the importance of building strong relationships with both children and their families, working collaboratively to support each child's unique needs and strengths.
