Miss Hailey

RECE, Program Supervisor

Miss Hailey leads our team of qualified Registered Early Childhood Educators and Educational Assistants in our Lincoln Manor Childcare Center, by providing staff and children leadership and oversight support in our day to day operation and How Does Learning Happen? Ontario’s Pedagogy for the Early Years. A professional learning resource guide about learning through relationships for those working with young children and families. It is intended to support pedagogy and curriculum/program development for early years programs by supporting children’s learning, development, health, and well-being for centres licensed by the Ministry of Education.

Miss Hailey is a RECE and has a deep passion for the children in her care, especially in implementing inclusive programs.

With over 4 years of early childcare industry experience, Miss Hailey brings considerable expertise to our programs as well as bully prevention and early learning Life Skills Programs. Prior to joining The Chestnut Tree Preschool, Miss Hailey was involved in various childcare service positions implementing, planning and organizing activities designed for young children and working with Infants, Toddlers, Preschoolers, Before & After School Care and School Age children.

Growing up she was heavily involved within many youth programs. Miss Hailey enjoys planning and implementing inclusive programs for all children of various ages and developmental stages to support their development and reach all milestones. She likes being in the outdoors hiking, swimming, and dirt biking. Miss Hailey loves puzzles, painting and making crafts.

Miss Hailey is a graduate of Niagara College, and holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Education. She is an active member of, and in good standing with the Registered College of Early Childhood Educators of Ontario.
